At Klomy Design you can choose how you want to pay. The following options are available to you:

Via Paypal– you conveniently order your favorite pieces in the online store and pay directly via the secure payment service provider Paypal. You will receive the order confirmation immediately after payment and your package will be on its way to you.

By prepayment– you conveniently order your favorite pieces in the online store, receive our bank details in the confirmation email and transfer the money to our account. As soon as the money is there (depending on the bank, this can take up to two working days) your package will be sent on its way.
Shipping methods, costs & delivery times
theStandard Shipping Your goods within Germany are free of charge. Your order will be with you within 2-3 working days. We also offer you another shipping option that is subject to a fee. theexpress shipping in Germany costs only €7.90 at Klomy Design. Outside of Germany, shipping is a little more expensive. What return rights do I have?
You have up to 14 days after receipt of the invoice to decide whether the product is right for you. This period only applies to orders in the online shop. There is no right to an exchange for goods that are purchased directly at trade fairs, home sales or otherwise.

In order to ensure fast processing, we ask you to return the item in full. Please make sure that attached labels or tags are not removed and that the items are not soiled or washed. This saves a lot of time and trouble in the event of a complaint and reduces the risk that you will have to pay compensation.
